A Resource for Military Moms
Welcome aboard! I hope you’ll enjoy reading my thoughts on being a military mom and find my tips on military life useful.
What is a military mom, anyway? Well, in my book, if you’re a mom associated with the military, you qualify. Active duty moms, military spouse moms, grandmothers and mothers of people in the military - we’re all connected to the wacky world of military life.
As for me, I’ve been married to the Navy for nearly 23 years. I’ve dragged my kids to more promotions and retirements than I can count. We’ve rearranged vacations around battle watch schedules and emergency TAD’s (that’s TDY’s for you Army and Air Force folks). At this point in my life, it’s time for me to pass along some of my hard-won knowledge; hence, this blog.
